Colorado River Scenic Byway 44 miles oneway 1 hour
The Colorado Scenic Byway (Hwy 128) begins at Hwy 191 just north of Moab on the eastern edge of the Colorado River. It follows the river northeast for roughly 30 miles. Along the way are fantastic views of the swift moving Colorado as it carves its way through tall red rock cliffs.


Dead Horse Point Mesa Scenic Byway 35 miles (56 km) 30 minutes minimum, but 2-3 hours recommended to enjoy the state and national parks.

The Dinosaur Diamond Prehistoric Highway delivers discovery and exploration at several sites filled with science and history. The two-state Byway combines opportunities to see dinosaur bones being excavated and prepared by paleontologists for museum display. Visit the museums along the Byway that showcase reconstructed skeletons and fleshed-out recreations of dinosaurs found in the area.
