Description
Equestrian Campground is one of five attractive and nicely timbered campgrounds along the western side of the Pine Valley Mountains. Equestrian Campground, as the name suggests, is available to those on horseback. (It's a bit less attractive and less wooded than the others.)

Basic Directions
From St. George, Utah, go north on Highway 18 to Central. Go right on Forest Highway 35 to Pine Valley. Go left on Main Street 3 miles to the Pine Valley Recreation Area.
