Description

Huntington Reservoir (240 acres) offers good boating, fishing and swimming opportuities in a pretty setting. The park is well maintained with a nice beach and grassy lawns. The mountains of the Wasatch Plateau provide a nice backdrop.

Price Details:
Day-Use fees
  • $10.00 per vehicle
  • $5.00 Seniors over 62 per vehicle
  • $5.00 Pedestrians and Bicyclists per person
Day-Use Cabana
  • $20.00, includes entrance fee into the park for one (1) vehicle
Day-Use Group Area
  • $50.00 (25 person min – 50 max – 15 vehicles max).
    **Vehicles associated with the group day-use pavilion will still need to purchase a day-use pass.
Camping fees
  • Main campground: $30 with electrical and water hookups; $33 with electric, water and sewer.
Additional Vehicle Fees
  • $15.00 per vehicle per night

Day Visits: A $5 day-use permit covers use of watercraft launches. $75 annual passes are available at the Huntington State Park Office.

In the Salt Lake area, you must dial 322-3770 for camping reservations (not 800-322-3770).

Pets are allowed in Utah state parks, but must be on a maximum six-foot leash. Service animals are the only animals admitted in park buildings. For safety and courtesy, please keep pets under control and clean up after them.
