Description
The Ogden Nature Center is a 127-acre wildlife sanctuary and education center. Its mission is to unite people with nature in mutually enriching experiences and to nurture appreciation and concern for the environment.
Since it was founded in 1975 as Utah's first nature center, the Ogden Nature Center has provided a place where wildlife can find refuge from urban development and where people can go to enjoy nature. The wildlife sanctuary is the foundation for all that we do.
Nature education programs and seasonal special events and craft courses are available at this unique wildlife rehabilitation center. You can also rent snowshoes and explore the center's winter landscape.
