 Climate

  Zion is best visited in spring or fall when temperatures are moderate and the crowds light. Wildflowers are at their best in May and autumn colors are at their peak in late October and early November. Summer crowds make visiting less enjoyable and temperatures are frequently uncomfortably high. Winters in Zion are generally mild and crowds nonexistent, though trails can become icy and snowy.
