Beaver - Hiking

Great Rates and Location

There are plenty of good hiking opportunities in the Tushar Mountains east of Beaver. Both day hikes and overnighters are available. Some of your better options are laid out below. You can get additional information by calling the Beaver Forest Service office at 435-438-2436.

Delano Peak		Difficult	8.5 mile roundtrip	6 to 7 hours

	At 12,173 feet Delano Peak is the tallest point in the Tushar Mountains. Along the route, which is mostly above the timberline, you'll have great views out over southern Utah and the Tushar Range.
